Mary Merino | Chief Executive Officer
Mary is Creator and CEO of The Spanglish Casita, Vision Strategist, Co-Founder of the MomBoss Sip n Shop, connector and advocate for female small business owners everywhere.
Mary is married and has two teen children in JISD. Since their kindergarten years, Mary has been actively involved in PTO at North Joshua Elementary serving in many capacities including President and VP for 3 years. She left her traditional job seven years ago to pursue building a direct sales business which has her leading a strong team. Through networking for her own business, she was lead to do helping other women find clarity in their entrepreneurial journey so she began coaching as Vision Strategist. In true go-getter form, she and a couple of friends founded and created the MomBoss Sip N Shop which focuses on creating unique shopping experiences for the public and promoting and marketing for predominantly female owner, local small businesses.
Mary actively sits as Committee Chair for Johnson County Young Life and does her parent volunteer duties for whichever organization her kids are participating with at the moment.
Monica Faram | Community Outreach & Content Editor
Monica has over 15 years experience with media outreach, providing content as a business owner, as well as working for the Cleburne Times-Review. She has been a member of the chamber for six years and serves as a board of director. Her creative and outgoing mindset is a contribution to the chamber in many ways. Her photography business, Faram Fotos LLC, is a staple in the Johnson County area.
Her husband, Clint, is the managing director at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. They have two children who attend North Joshua Elementary School.
